Blackwatch, once officially designated as 1st Biological Warfare Command and less official Blackwatch Special Forces, was once a black ops military force responsible for the containment of biohazard/viral outbreaks, now a Mercancy Band that's often considered a either corrupt or amoral by many organizations and Governments, however, it continued as a Mercancy Organization up until their dismantled by the United Civilizations due to their part in the War for Seattle.
