Mondo Zax is the Chief Technologist for DRED - the Dominion Research and Experimentation Division, a member of the Axis' Labs 265. Brilliant, maniacal and vindictive, Mondo Zax spends his time devising new and interesting ways to exploit other planets while simultaneously destroying his enemies as painfully as possible. As the thirteenth child of a less than illustrious Chua family, Mondo Zax was fighting for survival from a very early age. As the undisputed runt of the Zax family, Mondo unsuccessfully battled his siblings for vital resources such as clothing and food, as well as defending himself daily from their physical and mental abuses.
