The Holy Pro'ta'aan Empire was the ancient interuniversal empire that the Pro'ta'aans controlled. the Empire was dissolved following the end of the Pro'ta'aan Civil War.

The Holy Protean Empire was dominated by a oppressive theocracy, with the high priest or high priestess in control over the empire's activities, however the Empire also had a constitutional monarchy with a Holy Duke/Duchess, however, the said duke and or duchess have little power over the Empire's affairs. Most, if not all the Empires laws based on religious laws and mortality which, oddly enough, also help them become highly advanced technologies though, when it comes to civilizations, not so much.
