Dr. Lincoln Allen Garcia but his true name is Lilith Alice Susan Garcia who was a Human born on Golmar Earth who was turned into a Transhuman Combine after the 7 Hours War.
He was a Transhuman Combine Officer sent to Planet 898 (De'ijikki Earth) where he began to fight against the Combine Empire by helping a group of Resistance Soldiers. Soon afterward he left to go to an Alliance held planet so that he could live but did not last until he returned to help bring an end to the Combine's reign across the multiverse.
He became close friends with Alexi Scott and Ivan Johnson, later on the husband of Alice Marywoth Garcia who he met during the war and have a family. After the Multiverse War came to an end, Lincoln became one of the founders of the Peacekeepers to preserve the peace across the countless worlds affected by the war and eliminate the threats of dictators and tyrants across the realities.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
In April 24th, 1971 (1326 NE), both parents; an Caucasian man named Zachary James White and an African Women named Alice Elizabeth Larrson White, died in a car accident, his mother succumb to her fatal injuries after giving birth to her son. Before she died, the nurses made a mistake of his gender and she named him Lilith Alice Susan.
Because of the tragic car accident, the newborn went into the care of his godfather, a man by the name of Robert Garica and raised him as his own with his boyfriend, a former Vietnam War veteran, Mike Hunt although they had to keep it a secret at the time of his birth due to society's views on homosexuals at the time. Given him a different name "Lincoln Allen Garcia".
Lincoln was in college to gain a doctorate in psychology as he wanted to become a psychologist largely to help Mike (whom he called 'Papa') who had been experiencing PTSD from his experiences in the conflict and earned it by 1996 and spent the remaining parts of his life as a psychologist and in turn using those skills to help people following the Black Mesa Incident and the Portal storms that followed.
7 Hours War[]
Lincoln saw the news of the invasion of the Combine upon Earth, they launched an attack on his hometown and tried to fight back, however they proved to be far more powerful and advance beyond the humans' technological level. With news of the United Nations' complete surrender to the Combine in just seven hours, the planet was under their control.
Service to the Combine[]
Struggling to survive in the ruined cities as the survivors were forced into relocated to the city sectors, he had no choice but to enrol to work for them, and like all the others, he was forced into alterations to become a TransRace, forced to obey the Advisers' orders.
First Multiverse War[]
Resistance against the Combines[]
He was assigned to the Combine controlled world, Planet 898 Planet 898 in 1455 NE as the war continued to spread across the universes between the Axis of Empires, the Alliance of Nations and found the planet infected by a virus, mainly in their version of New York.
He was able to finally break free from the Combine's control with the control chip destroyed, taking out his vengeance on the Combine by turning against them and rounded up the resistance against them, using the Combine ship as the infection spread to save any survivors back to the Golmar Earth for refuge.
Soldier of the Alliance[]
After escaping the Combine and joined the Alliance, he appreciated all they have done and received medical treatment to regain most of his humanity back, while the process was somewhat irreversible but enough to remove most of the implants and augmentations from his body with the combined medical technologies of the Alliance.
After the First Multiverse War[]
With the war now over, having to spent a few centuries of fighting, largely in the forced servitude with the Combines, Lincoln would finally complete his psychology degree, although he continued to fight in the war as an officer later on. After finishing his psychology degree, he used his new found degree to great effect, usually in the forms of helping Allied forces with maintaining their psychological health, or at least, as much as he can after surviving through a war that lasted nearly a thousand years.

Having to find out that a TransTurian named Lucter Panril was wanted for what many believed to be psychologically disturbed over a corroding chip inside him from becoming hostile to others. He had found out about the incident on Golmar Tau Ceti, although he knew the Turian long time ago and kept up of his behaviour after he was freed during the First War, but stated that Lucter would not have attacked anyone without reason. Arrived to get in contact with him, something about a conspiracy that could mea for all the TransRace with a chip, but was unable to contact him after receiving word from Alexi that he was killed by Akio Yujo, Sora's grandson which he disapproved of such unnecessary actions but found some disturbing data he sent and checked on himself. He discovered there was a chip inside him and had it surgically removed to analyse it. Looking back at the logs from Rex of the Clone Wars about clone troopers with bio-chips with specific commands, including the order to eliminate Jedi on sight, looking back and wonder if this was somewhat similar to how the Galactic Empire in the Filo universe had used against the Jedi.
