"This isn't a war, but the breaking of seals, the undoing of life itself."

Blazkowicz during the First War

Capt. William Joseph "B.J." Blazkowicz (Polish origin, pronounced "Blaz-ko-vitch"), is an Human allied secret agent who works for the Alliance Joint Military and the Multiversal Federation and performs important missions in the Multiverse. William Joseph Blazkowicz was born on August 15, 1911 (1382 N.E.) on Pol Earth, the son of two Polish immigrants. He was a top Allied Soldier and Captain during the First Multiverse War.

He was deployed a million times behind enemy lines, culminating in an operation that marked the halt of the Axis and the Horde forces during the first war. These deeds, earned him so many medals. After the First War, he got married to Cygnarian female Allison Jakes. at age 40 and he had a son. BJ Blazkowicz has spent what to him feels like a lifetime fighting the Axis and the Coalition on the multiverse. Often referred to as one-man army, Captain Blazkowicz has been responsible for most of the most notable events in the Allies' recent history, including the battles against the Axis of Empires in the Battle of Runeterra, the Great Battle of Endor, stopped the invasion of Alderaan, defeated the Haqqislam in the Battle on Bourak, the defeat of a Forsaken strike team and the Deleathans in the Great Serethan-Allied War. He was also the leader of the Allied Rapid Reaction Force. He was also known to be part of his suicide mission. He is also a pilot of Vulcan One, a modified Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor and one of the very few users who used BFG-9000

History[]

Early Life[]

William is a third generation Polish American, born on August 11, 1911 (1382 N.E.), in the United States. He is the grandson of a Polish immigrant, and the son of Rip Blazkowicz, an ambitious, but crooked and racist Polish-Americancon-artist and businessman; and Zofia, a young Polish Jew. He grew up on a farm called the Blazkowicz Estate in Mesquite, Texas, near Forney Lake, in the 1900s. His childhood was abusive, with his father venting his anger on him, his mother, and their dog Bessie for his failing business. He would also lock B.J. in the closet when he was bad, where he would lose track of time.

At a young age, B.J. started to have nightmares, often waking his father in the middle of the night. This ended when his father took him in the basement to fight the monsters with weapons, curing B.J. of his nightmares. His father later gave him his pocket knife; it was later taken by bullies Andy and Howie, with B.J forced by his father to get it back himself if he wanted to ever enter the house again. B.J. was also forced by his father to get his pocket watch from the well, something that is recollected in his memories upon his return to the well in 1961. Despite the abuse he suffered from his father, his mother showed him unyielding compassion, and she trusted him with her engagement ring, a family heirloom for B.J. to give to his spouse one day.

Around the age of nine or ten, B.J. met and befriended an African-American girl named Billie, whom he developed a mutual crush on. She would have a great impact on his morality, as he saved a rat he put into a bucket full of water due to her pleas. However, they were caught by his father under the poplar tree, enraging him. His mother hid him and Bessie in the closet while she dealt with Rip. Rip and Zofia argued until he slapped her unconscious, leading B.J. to come out of the closet and throw vases at his father until B.J. was strangled unconscious. Later that day, B.J was strapped to the sawhorse in the basement, and forced to shoot his dog Bessie, much to his father's glee; however, depending on the player's actions, Bessie is shot by Rip when B.J. misses her. Afterward, B.J. and Zofia buried Bessie in the front yard, while B.J. was consoled by his mother, who told him it would end better than it began. He was then taken into his room, where his mother noted that Rip hurt him badly, asking him whether he wanted soup or porridge.

B.J. once swam in the Gulf during Red Tide, despite his father's command not to, causing his skin to burn. At age 11, he swam across Forney Lake on a dare for tin soldiers. At age 13, he fell into a pond near his family's stable, and was covered in leeches. At age 19, he fell into the family well, in order to try to salvage his father's watch. Despite the many hardships, he remembered some good times, such as seeing Mesquite at sunset, and the country music he used to play back home. He later went to work for his cousin, where he earned his first dollar. He also spent time with his grandmother, where he learned that his Aunt Sara was diagnosed with dementia during her time in college. B.J. notes that she was given medication, but it made her drowsy and strange. His grandmother told him it passed through the blood, and he noted that her eyes were like dirty windows on a derelict shack.

Second Earthican Civil War[]

Once B.J. reached the right age, he ran away from home and joined the United States Army, much to his father's chagrin, and to his mother's heartbreak. In the army, he joined the Army Rangers and was sent to boot camp, learning to kill Commanders first to not let reinforcements come into the battle. B.J. would later join the OSA, and befriend fellow agents Richard Wesley and Pippa Shepherd. Around the same time, B.J. also befriended Wing Commander Fergus Reid, who referred and nicknamed him "Blazko".

First Multiverse War[]

When he was age 32 (c. early 1944 1415 NE), he traveled to Deathshead's X-Labs, swimming through the cesspools to destroy the super soldier research and the base.

In October and November 1944, B.J. was sent on mission to recover plans for a bomb, the VTOL from Nazis. During his mission uncovered a more drastic plot in Isenstadt where he encounters Wilhelm Strasse attempting to build a device to reach the Black Sun Dimension with the help of the Combine with who were far experience in dimensional travel, an extradimensional realm with power stronger than the atomic bomb. He confronted Wilhelm Strasse, witnessed Caroline Beckerbeing shot by Hans Grosse. However he never found her body. He followed Strasse through a portal. He caused an explosion on Strasse's zeppelin from the inside, causing Strasse to crash into Isenstadt Castle. B.J. escaped and returned to OSA HQ. He would not reunite with Caroline for several decades later.

Around C. 1945 (1416 NE), B.J. made an attempt on Adolf Hitler's life, after an escape from Castle Wolfenstein (and defeating Hans Grösse), leading to him being known as the Wolfenstein Assassin. Rumors suggest Hitler fought him in one of Strasse's Mecha suits, he injured the Fuhrer. In January 3, 1946 (1417 NE), it is claimed that Hitler made a speech claiming the rumors were false, and that the assassin was recaptured, and hung recently. Although this was proven to be propaganda (or at least B.J. survived being hung, and escaped again). B.J. would continue to have Nightmares about these events for years to come.

It was when he fought in the Martian invasion during the same year led by the Martians to attack the US and other allied states' capitals, but they were easily crippled, but also survived the Combine's scorched America tactic, but realised this was their attempts to cripple the allies' for the Axis powers to launch their invasion in May 17th.

Infiltrate Wolfenstein's castle[]

(Open for editing)

B.J. and Richard Wesley were sent to Castle Wolfenstein within the German Alps in order to retrieve a top secret folder, which contains information on the whereabouts of Deathshead's Compound. Disguised as SS officers, B.J. and Wesley infiltrated and arrive in the castle in a cable car, then continue to the office of Helga von Schabbs. When Wesley found the safe, but no folder, telling B.J. to radio Kessler which he revealed that he has new information regarding the folder and that he will meet them at his tavern. After radioing Kessler, Nazi troops and B3 ultra battle droids interrupted the agents and B.J. engaged the Axis troops before Wesley could get a ladder for him to ascend up to the catwalk. As both agents leave the office via a vent, both were captured by Rudi Jäger, accompanied by his dog Greta and a Super Soldier.

Sent into the holding cells of the castle, Blazkowicz was able to escape with the help of a pipe which he used as a weapon. He went through the asylum wing of the castle and evaded the Panzerhund, as well as the various super soldiers and droids, along with Combine Synths guarding the prison. Blazkowicz managed to secure a boat and rearms himself before leaving for the Docks. Arriving at the docks, B.J. engaged various soldiers while opening the keep to the castle. He managed to infiltrate the keep and fight off the Axis troops guarding the interior of the castle before finding Wesley after being tortured by Rudi in a surgical theatre, strapped in an electric chair.

Blazkowicz was captured once again by Rudi who strapped him into the chair while trying to interrogate him. The interrogation did not go well, however B.J. managed to free himself, electrocute Rudi in the chair and then kill his dog Greta, who was feeding on Wesley's body. Before killing the Axis forces sent by a vengeful Rudi, Blazkowicz successfully escaped and heads for the cable car port while taking on more Nazi forces in the castle. Despite their best attempts to kill him, B.J. manages to survive and continue his escape.

Blazkowicz arrived in Paderborn Village where he met Annette Krause and Kessler at the tavern and has to hold off several squads of Nazis before combating Rudi. Upon Rudi's death, Blazkowicz escapes the tavern's destruction as Rudi was armed with dead man's switch (powerful explosives which didn't activate until his death). B.J., Kessler and Annette all left in a rowboat heading for Wulfburg to meet up with another contact known as Agent Two. Upon their arrival, B.J. headed for Agent Two's location at a baker shop and finds that it's Pippa Sheperd who is his contact. She tells him Helga is at the Wulfburg Tavern where he heads to and poses as a waiter in order to get close to Helga and leave with the folder.

While trying to leave with the folder under his tray, B.J. is stopped by Helga and ordered by her to taste the wine. After she tastes it, Helga is outraged by the fact that the wine wasn't to her satisfaction and orders Blazkowicz to drink it. B.J.'s cover blown was when Helga took out her kitchen knife and stabbed him in the hand before ordering Emmerich Schreiner to keep him covered. Blazkowicz managed to pull the knife out and stabbed Schreiner with it and obtain his Handgun before he was hit by debris from the ceiling caused by an earthquake. B.J. got up and made his way back to Pippa, but encounters several Shamblers and Synths along the way.

Upon his arrival, Blazkowicz witnessed the death of Pippa at the hands of a shambler and killed it before obtaining his weapons. At the same time, he also saw Pippa come back as a shambler and killed her before leaving. Engaging more undead along the way, B.J. finds himself utilizing a Laderoboter to get him passed various obstacles in the way before arriving to the dig site. B.J. then arrived at the dig site and continued into the caves where he confronted Von Schabbs and Schreiner in the chamber housing The Monstrosity. B.J. fought the monster and successfully kills it, then heads to see a wounded Helga and obtain the folder. Before leaving, he was buried underneath several rocks, but was rescued by Fergus Reid and other allied troops before heading to R.A.F Kinloss where they board an aircraft and head of Deathshead's compound.

Great Battle of Hoth[]

Main article: Great Battle of Hoth

In 19XX (14XX NE), BJ displayed his true potential by sabotaging several AT-ATs and makeshift facilities. He earned the nickname the white death during the Battle and used several different type of sniper rifles along with capturing an AT-AT and turning it against the Axis. Blazkowicz was among a few people during the Great Battle of Hoth to display effectiveness of weakening a larger army and it would have been most likely that the battle would have been lost without Blazkowicz's involvement.

Blazkowicz also served with Captain Price and task force 141 in the harsh terrains of Hoth and was part of the defence team for the Rebel Alliance evacuation and other members of the Alliance of Nations. Blazkowicz came face-to-face with Darth Vader in the heavily damaged interior hanger of the Rebel base, Vader saw much pain and sorrow in the captain's heart.

"You seem to be in pain, Captain"

"What more do you want from me tin man?"

"I can feel your sorrow, one that can fill oceans"

Upon Blazko's confirming reply Vader sought a fair duel with the Captain and ordered one of his inquisitors to give the Captain a lightsaber, the two duelled and before Darth Vader could get the upper hand, Blazko was saved by Han Solo on the Millennium Falcon. Vader noted that the captain and himself had much to learn in the new world they now exisited in.

Personality and traits[]

William was relatively muscular in appearance standing 6 ft 3 in (191 cm) n height and weighing 245 pounds (111 kg). William was called "B.J." by his friends and "Blazko" by Fergus Reid.

Throughout his life, B.J. has always been portrayed as a fierce anti-fascist, "American Dream" loving patriot, believing in truth and justice. He hates the Nazis in particular and their violent actions. He joined up to fight the Nazis as soon as he was old enough, and later, the Axis of Empires. It is shown that B.J.'s intense hatred of the Nazis stems from living under his abusive, racist father. Regardless of the circumstances, he lives to rid the world of them once and for all, as they're a constant threat to himself and his allies. He's incredibly loyal to his allies and fiercely defends them. During a conversation with Set Roth, he seems to be unable to understand complex scientific concepts, as he asks Set to spare him his explanation about head transplant. He is shown too to, more often than not, have a very serious demeanor, shown oftentimes through internal monologues on subjects like the pain of war, late allies, and the atrocities committed by Axis.

Blazkowicz's time in the Multiverse appeared to have taken a new understanding and always asusmed to be just Earth, at first when meeting non-humans, he pictured them as little green ment from Mars, only those that were mentioned in a different Mars but one of those he mentioned to be unpleasent. Since joining the Alliance, he has grown to respect many fellow officers and heroes during his time with them, such as Jonathan J. O'Neill who introduced him to the Simpsons and join up with missions, and Jean-Luc Picard.

Blazkowicz shows himself to have a sense of humor despite his serious demeanor. An example is ignoring Kessler's warning to not fight any Nazis in Wulfburg, stating that their connection via radio was breaking and did the same when infiltrating an Imperial Base to pose as a Storm Trooper. His seriousness can come off humorous as well, cursing the moon for allowing Nazis to land and also thought in the multiverse, there be another him but as the evil twin. And one time had a brawl with a Klingon and mocking the Troopers for their bad aim to shoot him.

Skills and Abilities[]

Superhuman[]

B.J. has the physique and endurance of a near superhuman compared to modern humans of his world, and demonstrated to be durable enough to survive a grenade explosion at close range, strong enough break out of the metal restraints of an electric chair and dual wield large, heavy guns such as assault rifles or shotguns, as well as enduring a massive dosage of tranquilizer which (according to Bubi) is powerful enough to knock out an elephant (even handled capable of dealing with a Sith Inquisitor). He also shown to be very resistant towards head injuries, as he survived getting knocked out by a Super soldier and by a falling rock in the Old Blood without any fatal injuries and survived getting punched by a Jaffa. B.J. is also surprisingly fast and agile for someone his size, being able to jump incredible distances, fit into tight spaces, and outmaneuver opponents and the environment. B.J. is in such excellent shape that age hasn't slowed him down one bit. This is notable where he took on many soldiers while wheelchair bound, despite being heavily injured.

This is due to after Set Roth saved him from Irene's decapitation, BJ gained a new body of the latest generation of bio-engineering Super Soldier by the Alliance's top bioengineering to replace his old body. The body gives B.J. high metabolism and allows him to carry 100 health. This new body gains him three abilities from the contraptions. Even as the decades and centuries pass by with the Combine nanites and the new body he can still run and jump due to the body being a technically 19 year old’s body.

Weapons[]

B.J. is skilled in the use of multiple types of weaponry as he can aim accurately while dual wielding or even while wheelchair-bound. He is skilled in the use of knives and other melee weapons (including improvised weapons such as hatchets and pipes), able to throw a knife and hatchet at his enemies long range. He is also able to use grenades and other explosive weapons, including the use of nuclear bombs. Demonstrated to adjust to other types of weapons, both human and alien.

Language[]

In skilled in multiple languages while English being his native language, B.J. learnt serviceable Polish and German during his military service, albeit with a strong southern accent that would make it impossible for him to pass as a native of either country. The in-game subtitles suggest B.J. has no trouble understanding the languages but has difficulty speaking them. He compensates by bluffing or remaining mute, enough to ostensibly satisfy the SS guards. However, both Rudi Jäger and Helga von Schabbs, both of whom speak perfect English with an American accent, detect this instantly and recognize B.J. as a spy.
